First, you can your SD card:

Right click the SD card, select Wipe Hard Drive.

Tips: this operation will delete all data on the SD card. Please make sure that all data had been backed up already.

Then, you can decide how many times to wipe the SD card. Set up the wipe times, and click OK.

Then, you will back to the main interface, click Apply at the tool bar to launch the progress.

Or, you can delete partition on the SD card:

  • Right-click the partition on the SD card, select Delete Partition.

  • Select Delete Partition quickly, click OK.

After deleting the partition on the SD card, the whole SD card becomes unallocated space, too. Then, you can repartition the SD card according to your requirements.

You can repartition SD card for android when it becomes unallocated space. Right-click the SD card, select Create Partition.

Create FAT32 Partition

Here you should create one primary partition with FAT 32 File System, which would be used as the SD card. You can click Advanced to setup partition label, choose create primary partition or logical partition, and the size of the partition.
