How to: clone via AOMEI Partition Assistant

You need to install and launch Partition Assistant. Before transferring HDD to SSD, ensure the smaller SSD has been connected to your computer and it is blank or said unallocated space. Otherwise, data on SSD will be wiped. If there’s something important, please back up first.

1) Right click the old hard drive and select “Copy Disk”. The “Disk Copy Wizard” on the left side works the same.

3) Select the target disk. Don’t forget to tick the box to optimize the performance of SSD.

4) It allows you to adjust the partition size in this step. Set according to your needs.

5) Please read note carefully then click “Finish” for confirmation.
